Beth holds a Master of Science in School Counseling from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from St. Joseph’s College, where she also was a 4-year scholarship student-athlete as a pitcher on the women's softball team. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), holds an active Indiana teaching license, and completed the highly regarded School Management and Leadership (CSML) program jointly offered by the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Business School.
